The thick and messy braid

One of the hairstyle I like most is the messy thick braid at a side. Lately it has been a very used hairstyle among celebrities and fashion brand’s models, and actually it is a look that gives you a casual and stylish touch. You can use it in your daily look but also for a special party or weeding day.
I have selected the following pictures where the braid looks specially messy and thick, because that’s the way I like it most.

One way to make the braid look thicker is to do it the fish tail style and you have here a very useful video of how to do it. It is very clearly explained, so once you have practiced it a little you will obtain the same results as in the pictures.

If you don’t manage to do the fish tail good enough there is another way to make your braid thicker. Before starting doing the braid, back-comb your hair a little until the entire section has a fluffy, slightly tangled feel and look. And then, once you have finished and tied up your braid, tug at the sides of the braid to gently loosen the hair. This will make your braid appear even thicker. Finally, don’t forget to spray hairspray on your braid to keep it in place.
You will look gorgeous!

  1. I do not know whether it’s just me or if perhaps everyone else encountering issues with your site. It appears as though some of the written text within your content are running off the screen. Can someone else please provide feedback and let me know if this is happening to them as well? This might be a issue with my browser because I’ve had this happen before.
    Cheers
